THE PROGRAMS

Four levels.
One practical path.

Choose the level that fits your experience and the work you want to improve. You do not need to take every level.

00Intro

AI Basics

Learn to turn notes into drafts and useful checklists. No technical background needed.

For you if
You are new to AI and want help with everyday work.
You will build
Your first useful prompts, an everyday task completed, and a simple safety checklist.
01Beginner

AI as a Thought Partner

Use better questions and revisions to turn rough ideas into clear decisions and documents.

For you if
You use AI occasionally and want more consistent results.
You will build
A reusable interview → draft → challenge → refine process, applied to your own work.
02Intermediate

AI as an Assistant

Use approved files and tools to prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups.

For you if
You already work with AI and want to assign clearly defined tasks.
You will build
A repeatable assistant workflow, a finished task, and an access checklist.
03Advanced

AI as an Employee

Design a repeat AI process with clear limits, checks, and a person in charge.

For you if
You already assign AI tasks and want to manage an ongoing workflow.
You will build

Compare the four levels

SEE WHAT CHANGES

Same work.
Different levels of help.

See how AI can help you think through a task, complete it, or manage a supervised process.

Thought partner

Think through the approach.

“Help me create a better process for following up with customers after a meeting.”

You guide the conversation.
Assistant

Prepare the actual follow-ups.

“Review these approved notes. Identify next steps and draft the follow-up messages.”

You delegate a bounded task.
Employee

Design an ongoing responsibility.

“Monitor the agreed follow-up queue. Prepare messages and escalate exceptions for my review.”

You set the rules and approvals.

Illustrative workflows, not customer results. Connections and actions depend on your tools, access, and business policies.

HOW IT WORKS

Bring a task.
Leave with a
better way.

A customer email. A hiring decision. A process that keeps slipping through the cracks. That is where we start.

Plan a workshop
01

Find the useful starting point.

We talk through your goals, experience, and approved tools. Mixed experience levels are welcome.

02

Practice on a real task.

Use an approved example from your business or our sample material. Work through it with an instructor who can answer questions as you go.

03

Check the result.

Compare the output with its source. Decide what AI may do, what needs approval, and who reviews the work.

04

Take the method with you.

Leave with a finished piece of work, reusable instructions, and a clear next step.

FOR YOUR TEAM

One useful goal.
A workshop built around it.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we get started.

Ask us something else
Do we need any AI experience?

No. AI Basics starts with everyday tasks and simple conversations. The other levels build from there. You do not have to take all four programs.

Is this a fixed course or a custom workshop?

The levels provide a framework; your goals shape the session. We agree on examples, preparation, length, and deliverables before you commit. Private teams and business groups are welcome.

Where do you train, and what does it cost?

We focus on in-person sessions for small businesses in Central Indiana, including on-site training. Tell us your location, team size, and goals. We confirm the format and price in a written quote.

Which AI tools will we use?

We plan around your approved tools, which may include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. Available features and business controls differ by subscription and configuration. A paid subscription is not automatically needed for an introductory session.

What about company and customer data?

Use examples with sensitive information removed, or our sample material. We discuss approved tools, access, and human review before using business information.

Does “AI employee” mean unsupervised automation?

No. It means a narrow, defined responsibility with limits, tests, approval rules, and an accountable human owner. Training produces a supervised prototype, not an automatic production rollout. Agreement between agents does not prove correctness.
